This Privacy Policy explains how Noticer handles information when you use Noticer websites, products, verification services, and connected integrations.

Information we may process

Depending on how you use Noticer, the service may process information you provide directly, account and integration identifiers, content or records you authorize Noticer to inspect, verification evidence, service logs, device and browser information, and billing or transaction information where applicable.

Why we process it

We process information to operate the service, connect authorized integrations, perform requested verification, produce and preserve receipts, maintain security and reliability, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Connected services

If you connect a third-party service, Noticer may access only the information made available through the permissions you authorize and needed for the requested function. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and privacy practices. You can revoke a connection through the relevant provider or available Noticer controls.

Verification evidence

Noticer is designed to preserve evidence supporting verification results. A receipt may therefore contain timestamps, identifiers, observations, hashes, or other evidence needed to explain what was checked and what the evidence supported. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve requested verification records, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type, product, and connected service.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers that help operate Noticer, with connected services at your direction, when required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction. Noticer is not an advertising network and does not use verification evidence to build advertising profiles.

Security

Noticer uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, and a verification result should not be treated as a security certification unless explicitly stated.

Your choices

You may disconnect integrations, stop using the service, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some verification records may need to be retained when necessary for security, integrity, contractual, or legal reasons.

Children

Noticer is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the general service.

Changes

We may update this policy as Noticer evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or other notice where appropriate.
