MYTRACKABLES 0.6.1-preview.1 — October 15, 2026

Available: preview ZIP and offline-installable CLI package, from the same source.

New in this release:
- A MyTrackables command-line entry point: start, serve, status, doctor, backup,
  replay, version and help. Windows desktop and CLI share their default data path.
- Status and doctor do not create or change a ledger; a different process or
  ledger on the requested port is reported without stopping it.
- Public packaging excludes the private Noticer source and owner business plans.
  The owner-specific course example is generalized for public distribution.
- Explicit installation, privacy, license and recovery guidance; file hashes.

Retained: the existing ledger, local SQLite persistence, scoped saved-evidence
checks, lead-export comparisons, assessment workflow, backup and isolated recovery.

Acceptance:
- Linux service/CLI checks and a clean offline package installation are exercised
  by the release preparation process. See the accompanying release verification.
- Windows setup/shortcut/recovery: NOT_RUN.
- Real browser and screen-reader acceptance: NOT_RUN.
- macOS acceptance: NOT_RUN.
- Live Gmail and the six-provider bridge: NOT_ACCEPTED.
- Off-device backup: NOT_CONFIGURED; off-device restore: NOT_RUN.
- Public outcome proof: DISABLED. Billing and hosted sync: NOT_IMPLEMENTED.

No signed Windows EXE, Microsoft Store listing, winget registration or npm registry
publication is included. Software testing is not evidence of market demand.

Updates are manual. Stop the running dashboard, create and independently retain
a backup, extract the new version and run Install.cmd. Keep the previous version
until the new version and recovery have been checked. An automatic updater and
its signed update feed are future work.
